Local Committee Members

A Local Committee usually has an elected and general membership. Positions may consist of:

  • President.
  • Vice - President.
  • Secretary.
  • Treasurer.
  • Fundraising Officer.
  • Monitoring Co-ordinator.
  • Regional Delegate.

Possible positions for the general members could be:

  • Monitors.
  • Registrar.
  • Education Officer.
  • School / Community Liaison Officer.
  • Resource Officer.
  • Minute Secretary.

Depending on the number of people on each Local Committee, these responsibilities can be met by individual members or by members combining roles. It is also a good idea for all LCC members to have an official role. This enables the workload to be evenly distributed and helps to give your members a greater sense of involvement.
