In order to keep our Group's files updated once a year we need list of all your current volunteers both Group members and householders. As an incorporated body we are required to have this information for insurance purposes and to ensure we have accurate records.  Therefore we are seeking your response to the attached questionnaire and would greatly appreciate it if you could fill in the information and return it to us at your earliest possible convenience.
